Automation or A.I agent

Choose the tool by the task, not by the trend.

Rule-based automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, scripts): work with clear rules and stable inputs, such as moving form data into a CRM or sending a reminder on time. Cheap, durable, easy to fix.

How much does it cost?

Quoted per task after the discovery call: a one-time build fee plus monthly tool costs paid directly to the vendors, in your name. No mandatory "maintenance" fee.

Is my data safe?

Workflows run on your company's accounts. Data passes only through services you choose and know. Sensitive steps (money, contracts, personal data) always have a human approver before the machine acts.

We have no technical staff. Can we run it?

Yes. Every project is handed over with documentation written for non-technical people and a training session for the operator. That is why sonnhat does training as well.

What if the trial fails?

No handover fee. We look together at whether the task was the right choice, whether the approach should change, or whether to stop.

How long does it take?

Depends on the task. A simple workflow takes days to build and two weeks to trial. One with an A.I agent and several systems takes longer. Exact timing comes after discovery.
