A.I training for businesses

Everyone leaves the class with one task already automated.

We do not teach what A.I is. We teach how to use A.I on the work you already do. Each person brings a real task, and the class ends when the machine can do it.

Formats

Three ways to bring A.I into the team.

One day for the whole company

01 · In-house

Morning: the way of thinking and three tools to use today. Afternoon: everyone works on their own task with a coach. End of day: each person presents what they automated.

  • Up to 25 people per class
  • Each person's task surveyed before class
  • Prompt kit for your industry

Four-week track per department

02 · Deeper

One two-hour session a week for one department. Week one pick the task, week two build, week three trial, week four turn it into the department's standard process.

  • Sales, marketing, customer care, operations, accounting
  • Homework is real work
  • Ends with a written process, not just knowledge

Half-day leadership workshop

03 · Decisions

For directors and department heads: what to hand to machines, what to keep for people, where to start, who to hire or what to buy, and how to measure.

  • Company task inventory on a scoring sheet
  • Five-level ladder: record → process → prompt template → agent → agent with a checker
  • A 90-day roadmap by the end of the session

Curriculum

What happens in one day.

  • 08:30

Which tasks to hand to a machine

Inventory your own work with three questions: how often it repeats, what a mistake costs, whether it has rules.

  • 09:30

Write a prompt for your task

A reusable structure: role, context, data, expected output, constraints.

  • 11:00

    Three tools to use today

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for office work; connecting them to Sheets, email and Zalo without code.

  • 13:30

Work on the real task, with coaching

One task per person. Trainer and assistants go table to table.

  • 16:00

    Present and standardise

Each person presents; the result becomes a process the whole department uses.

Six-session course for business owners

By the end, each owner has one assistant running on their own data, and one number to measure it.

Session 1 · Choose work worth giving to A.I

Inventory your own tasks and score them on three questions: repetition, cost of error, presence of rules.

Session 2 · Clean the data

Pull scattered data into a two-tab Sheet, pick a unique key (usually the phone number), remove duplicates.

Session 3 · Assign the task and constrain the output

Write a prompt with role, context, data, expected result and constraints. Force A.I to return a usable format.

Session 4 · Measure with a test set

Build 20 real cases and score how many A.I gets right. Without measuring you cannot know whether to trust it.

Session 5 · Automate the run and hand over

Plug the prompt into a scheduled workflow and write a guide so staff can run it without you.

Session 6 · Present results

Each owner presents their assistant and the number they measured. Agree the next task for the next 90 days.

The trainer

A trainer who sold for a living first.

After the class

The class ends. The work does not.

For two weeks after, participants ask questions in a shared group. Tasks the team wants to pursue but cannot build alone, sonnhat builds at a price agreed in advance. Tasks the team can do themselves, we say so, so you do not pay for them.

A video that only shares tips creates gratitude. A class must create people who can do it themselves.

sonnhat's principle

Run a class for your team

Tell sonnhat where your team is stuck.

The first call is 30 minutes, online, free. By the end you know how far that task can be automated, with what, and how long it takes. If it is not a fit, we stop there. No commitment.
